How To Order

1. Choose your design ✨

Decide what you'd like embroidered — your own photo, a child's drawing, a company logo, or a design you spotted on our Pinterest boards and social media.

2. Pick your garment 👕

T-shirt, hoodie or crewneck — then find your perfect size in the Garment & Size Guide, with real measurements for every piece we embroider.

3. Upload your photo 📸

Add the image you'd like us to turn into embroidery. Our digitizers redraw it stitch by stitch, and within 5–10 business days you'll receive a free digital preview by email. Production starts once you approve it — if we don't hear back within 3 days, we'll proceed with the preview as sent so your order isn't delayed.

4. Add an inspiration image 🎨

If your order is based on one of our Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest designs, upload that image too — it tells us exactly the style and size you have in mind.

That's it. We embroider, inspect and pack your piece with care, and Packeta delivers it across the EU within 1–3 business days of dispatch — tracking number included.
