What kind of photo should I upload?

A sharp, well-lit photo where your subject is clearly visible gives the most beautiful stitching. Not sure if your photo will work? Send it over — we'll tell you honestly before you order.

Will I see my design before it's stitched?

Always. Every custom order includes a detailed digital embroidery preview sent by email — and production only begins once you've approved it. No surprises, ever.

How do I place an order?

Choose a product, personalize it — garment, size, placement, optional text — and upload your photo. Check out as usual, and within 5–10 business days your design preview lands in your inbox.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major options, securely processed:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

How long until my order arrives?

Every order starts with a free digital design preview, sent within 5–10 business days. Once you approve it, we embroider your piece and hand it to our courier — EU delivery via Packeta usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges — under EU law, the 14-day withdrawal period doesn't apply to personalized products. That's exactly why you approve a free digital design preview before we start production. And if your item ever arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
