You'll receive your digital embroidery preview by email within 5–10 business days for approval.

Once approved, your embroidery is completed within 5 business days, and delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.

Every custom order includes a detailed embroidery preview sent by email.

Production only begins after your approval.

If we don't receive your approval within 3 days, production will automatically begin using the design preview that was sent.

Minor revisions are free.

Completely changing the design requires a new digitization and an additional fee.

Avoid blurry, dark or shadowed photos whenever possible.

The process starts with professional graphic preparation.

Next comes digitizing—the most complex part of embroidery production. Using professional embroidery software, every stitch is manually created. Our digitizers carefully define stitch types, stitch directions, densities, sewing order and thread colors. This process alone often requires 1–4 hours of professional work.

After approval, every garment is embroidered on industrial embroidery machines, individually inspected, quality checked and carefully packaged.

Unlike printed designs, embroidery won't crack or peel and is designed to last for many years.

Because every product is made individually to order, we cannot offer standard size exchanges. If you need another size, a new order must be placed.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 20% discount on the replacement order.

If the mistake was ours, we will replace the garment free of charge.
